POLICY FOR DELIVERY, RECEIVING AND CHECKING:
Scope of application: all provinces across the country.
1. Delivery time - receiving goods
– Orders after being received and processed will be delivered immediately within 24 hours or according to the progress of each specific contract.
– For customers in remote provinces, after receiving the order, the estimated time to receive goods is 3-5 days or as agreed by each contract or project. However, depending on the condition of the goods, weather conditions, etc., the date of receipt will change.
– Delivery time is calculated from the time of completing the order procedure with the consultant to the time of receiving the goods and installing (if any).
2. Delivery method:
- For customers in remote provinces: Use delivery service.
- For inner city / suburban customers: Company car or use delivery service.
* Identify the responsibilities of traders and organizations providing logistics services for providing goods documents during the delivery process.
The logistics service provider is responsible for providing proof of goods delivery (photograph and signature of the consignee) to the buyer and seller upon request.
- Checking policy:
· When receiving the goods, you have the right to ask the delivery staff to open for inspection.
· In case the order is placed but the seller delivers the wrong product, you have the right to return the goods and not pay.
· In case you have paid in advance but the order is not correct, you will completely request or return a new order as ordered.
